Refund policy
At AURACULUS, every item is made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- change of mind
- accidental orders
However, if your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- or with a printing error
please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
